This Panera has never let me down: drinks always arrive the right temp, food's never wrong, packaged well, etc.. The Autumn Squash soup, the teas, the Mac and Cheese, and the tuna salad sandwich are fantastic.

Usually the food is very good, however this time my sandwich came with probably one small piece of onion on the entire thing, and maybe a tea spoon of the salsa verde. I ordered the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack and ended up just getting a bagel sandwich with steak and arugula.

Toasted Italiano was falling apart, "bowl" of soup was tiny for how expensive it was. Would not order again.

Drink as always was good but sandwich was sooo poor . One sliced of avocado , tons of cheese and chicken almo nothing.. sad

No attention to the order. Second time. And from appearance, the Cobb salad they sent looked tired. Not appealing. Did not eat it. Would have liked the strawberry poppyseed salad I ordered-- and the fruit cup. Very disappointing. Will not order again from this site.
