The chicken used to have so much flavor, now it tastes unseasoned and is bland. The 1.5 oz cups of dressing were maybe half-full. So I had bowl of mostly dry lettuce with unseasoned chicken. Very disappointing.

the salad barely had any dressing on it, but it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was served with cream cheese on the side.. and next time I'm going to click the button so they can deliver utensils with the items.. eating a salad with my home chopsticks is fine, but with the little pieces of corn.. it was definitely more challenging. (NEW Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad and Asiago Bagel )

Sandwhich was burnt, very little cheese in my Grilled Cheese and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup was mostly broth. Quality is definitely falling.
