My very high priced half grilled cheese was barely grilled and wrapped so tight and small it literally was stuck to the paper. It was soggy due to not being properly packaged. Very disappointing because grilled means toasted not white. Poor excuse for a sandwich at these prices.

We generally like Panera but it seems like the quality has gone down over the last few months. Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich was good, no gristle. The Chicken Bacon Rancher was definitely not worth $15.99!!!! The chicken was good but there was hardly any of it. Hardly any bacon either, just a few tiny pieces. The bread was on the dry side and there was no flavor. I would give The Chicken Bacon Rancher 2 stars.

I have never had an issue with the smoothie being 8.59 is expensive but never mind paying for it as they are always good UNTIL today! This is so BAD it's white, has whole pieces of banana, and ice with no taste of Strawberry Banana Smoothie let's call this the ICED BANAN A.

container was no where near full and when your paying 21 something for a group amount you should have a filled container and the bread sides are always expose to open air and hands in transportation to a persons home.
