• 25-06-11Paid almost seven dollars for a Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait that was smaller than the size of my palm. Delicious, but outrageous cost. Loved the Steak & Wake sandwich! Will definitely get that again.

• 22-10-03Steak sandwich barely had any meat or onions on it. The Fuji salad had like three pieces of chicken. For what you pay for Panera- standards should be there.

• 24-01-03I paid $8 for the smallest smoothie on planet earth. the cup wasnt even full all the way. Also, the salad was tiny with nothing on it. Not worth the amount they charge for tiny portions. Very dissatisfied.

• 25-01-15Have always loved Panera however the quality/consistency from this location has been an issue. Last few salads with limp, wilting lettuce (something has changed here), and the new chili I ordered was a disappointment, think dark brown glob looking and tasting old and not what I would expect. May have been over heated as there were no identifiable elements just mush. Baguettes recently have not been delivered with butter. So very disappointed. I keep ordering hoping for an improvement but with price increases just not worth it.

• 23-07-25soup on a hot day, was like warm. breadboard was extremely hard and not cut properly. sandwich had uneven passes of mayo and mustard. also not closed/wrapped up well for the ham sandwich. bread was rock hard and old
