Food was delicious - Mac N Cheese was hot and creamy - Steak Sandwich had the perfect amount of horseradish sauce YUM

The sandwich tasted great, and the broccoli cheddar soup was very good too.
My issue is with the fact that I ordered the bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the serving of soup is TINY compared to the size it normally is when you order it in-store. 100% not worth the $12 I paid for it.
And I never received the tea, which we contacted the store about and they said that they would give us a refund for our items and that they would contact us the next day with details but they never called us back.
So overall not a great experience. But the food tasted good and I know the tea would have tasted great too if I had ever gotten the chance to have it. Just order your food at the store and don't order it online.

My salad dressing was 1/2 the normal size I maybe had enough to make I/2 tablespoon. Salad size for a full order was almost the size for the take two half portions. Paid $ 14 for not much and dry salad as stingy with dressing .. shame in Panera as quality & portion went downhill

Ngl last two times I ordered was a few months ago and the quality wasnt that great. But today....... idk who was working but it was perfect in every way. The way I devoured that meal! I was in total bliss! Fresh, great portions, and yes I would happily order this again. I got the Ciabatta Cheesesteak and the Bistro French Onion Soup. 10/10 would recommend. (And actually have lol, I got my friend hooked on this combo too!)

Soup/Mac and Salad Salad was not customized as asked, including ingredients I had to remove due to allergy and no baguette came with the soup. Rather disappointing since Panera is not cheap.
The scones ordered are always topnotch!
