I love the security of my food.. the grilled cheese Sandwich and Soup/Mac cooked to my liking and the Chocolate Chipper Cookie needs no words here..

Don't order later at night. It seems they're always out of basic things and skimp on portions. Out out of broccoli and cheddar soup, but luckily had mac and cheese. Sandwich was pitiful. Barely any ingredients, missing some, and 4" long (not worth the price). Focaccia came sliced when asked to be whole- certainly not the end of the world, but every item was incorrect in some way.
Still ate it, still had 3 items; I just think that if delivery is more expensive than dine-in, it should at least be of the same caliber.

I don't realize how small the portions are for the expensive price, sooooooo crazy to me, the Mac and cheese was bland so was the tomato soup, cookie was small as hell

Sandwich was burnt on the ends, and there was hardly anything on it. Meat did not cover half of the bread. No bread with the soup. The hot chocolate was watery. Horrible. Panera, what are you doing?

My favorites, avocado melt and broccoli soup, at times they just give a sliver of avocado in the sandwich. most of the time it is great.
