Small portion. Salad dressing containers took up half the bowl. Salad tasted good tho. But all their portions seem small now.

While I'm here in Florence on business away from home, and my children. The only comfort I found was ordering from this restaurant. The chicken noodle soup and Sandwich and Soup/Mac is always warm fresh and makes me relax enough to sleep thank you to the employees doing a job well done and consistently. I can't thank you enough.

By far the best soup and sandwich I've ever had from here. It was perfect in every single way. This store never fails to disappoint me. The staff is always wonderful when I go in person. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you guys at Panera for always going above and beyond!

The broc and cheese and the chili were great! The chicken noodle was so disappointing!! There was just broth and lonely carrot. Absolutely nothing else. When you pay for quality and don't get it, it discourages you from the same restaurant.

the avocado, egg white, and spinach breakfast sandwich was terrible. the egg whites were runny and liquid like, absolutely no flavor, and the spinach was so wilted that it was slimy. I took maybe two bites and had to spit them out. the kitchen sink cookie had chunks of sea salt so big I had to pick them out in order to eat it but otherwise it was good. everything else was top-notch
