cheddar broc soup had no flavor and was luke warm at best. the bread whick was a side choice was hard as a rock and no knife to even attempt to cut it. steak sandwich not enough meat for almost 8$ for half a sandwich. will not order again. would rather have had a subway hoagie. it would have been 20$ cheaper and i would be full.

bagels were great. soup was 90% broth. that's a lot of money to dish out for 2 spoonfuls of noodles and chicken and then drink the rest of your meal.

I absolutely loved the pairing and preparation of the sandwich. However, the drink itself was offensive. For the cost of a essentially another sandwich of its kind, I received a sub par smoothie. To begin, I asked for whip cream, I was made to call Doordash, per instructions, if I wanted a drink modification, but I am also advised to call the store. I called the store, was given great customer service, but I received whip cream in two dressing ramekins, as opposed to the croton container I asked. The whip I received, amounted to less than a fingers worth of whip. The drink was not fully blended, and the whip that helps balance the drink, something I get in person always, was missing, making my experience unenjoyable in terms of beverage. Please, in the future ensure the drink a customer would get in person for pick up, is the same they receive remotely, for delivery. Thank you, in advance. Panera as a whole, is better than this.

For the price the food is very underwhelming. Portions are small, soup is mostly broth, and the bread on my sandwich felt stale and slightly hard. I only ordered because of my girlfriend. It's not worth the price in my opinion.
