My first order of chicken soup was mostly broth, I called in and asked for a refund so I can order again, and they agreed.
The second order of chicken soup was absolutely packed.

Ordered my favorite sandwich (Turkey Bacon Bravo) because i usually love the bread they use, however, the bread was so hard and tough today. What happened?? The 1/2 green goddess salad had a couple teaspoons of dressing today. Disappointing. The price was way too high for this quality today.

NEW Dragonfruit Sunset Energy Refresher - Naturally Flavored . It's really amazing! I thought it would be sour, but it was really good and refreshing.Chicken Bacon Rancher stuff with lots of chicken and bacon. i got bacon on each bit.French Baguette all time favorite i think I got the smaller one this time

Size and quality has really gone down hill lately. For years I've been addicted to the green goddess salad, I've likely eaten hundreds in my life from locations all over the country. But the last 3 times I've gotten one I didn't even eat it, it went straight into the trash. I'm not ordering from them again. Salads have been downsized to a tiny amount of Greens, maybe 1/4 of the bowl full. But even worse they were wilted, brown with many obvious rotten slimy pieces, stringy bruised avocados, one whole cherry tomato and hard-boiled eggs with brown gray yolks. I can't imagine who is packing it up and thinks rotten lettuce passes QC? Even the salad dressing cups have maybe 1/2 a tsp of dressing in the bottom now, I guess to account for the new salad portion sizes. My husband used to enjoy their sandwiches but now he would need to order 3, they are so small and overpriced. It's not good value for money without the quality they used to have.
