everything's good, the only thing is the bread was j thrown in the bag touching everything and you don't know what the containers have touched so if it were in a little bag or something would be good. but other than that was great!

The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup was very watery like it had been diluted with water. Barely any rice in it. The half of the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich was served on stale bread that was inedible. I get this frequently so I was very disappointed by the quality this time. Inedible.

Definitely not the quality it used to be. Not much meat in the dipper . Soup was meh. Mac n cheese was generic and small

Frozen bread is horrible, why would they make this switch?! Sandwiches frozen in the middle isn't pleasant either

Ordered food with tomato Sandwich and Soup/Mac, pick up time was at 7:09 and I waited till 7:20 and up on checking the status they simply said out of soup and didn't even reached out to me for substitute. What's the point of ordering ahead of time? I received bland food.
