We love this place. No better coffee, anywhere. Period. Love the sides, a great choice for those of us on permanent restrictions. All the stuff in the picture was about 14$ their food never has caused me to have a reaction. Heaven.

For me, the sides are pecial diet heaven. They bend over backwards to help in anyway they can. I am off gluten, wheat, many grains, eggs and dairy, as well as cooked oils. If youhave allergies, if you are keto, if you are on a strict BP diet,I have not found a better place for brunch or breakfast. And I have found no better place, ever, for fantabulous coffee,delicious food, and food that does not make me sick, sered carefully, cheerfully and kindly. All that food was 14$, for perfect tomatoes, ripe avo, far more turkey than youcan see, etc.
Note: I am not celiac, and if you are, this place has lots of stuff in the kitchen that could cross contaminate, no matter how careful they are(and they absolutely are just that careful.
PS best espresso I have had in the US since I lived abroad for a while 40 years ago. Just my personal taste. Leaves Starbucks in the dust.

Bagel baker, lived in NYC 10+ years. This place is totally decent! Bagels puffy and chewy, perfect amount of toasting. I ordered the lox platter as I do everywhere, and it was not bad. Ingredients were fresh and produce
ripe, lox was ok, nothing to write home about. I could have done with a bit more cream cheese, y'all californians are stingy! I would consider this place above average in NYC

I have never had better coffee in the US Also, they clean their machines .much more frequently than other places(less bitter, funky, odd taste, often completely absent, unlike Starbucks and others.) They care, very much. They also have delicious sides before 12;15. If you have allergies, these sides are a godsend. We LOVE this place. They hardly ever goof up, but if they do, they have taken care of the issue quickly and without fuss. Note: lunch hour? Do pick up, and skip the line,or you will be waiting, behind a lot of other people who also want the very yummiest coffee.

oh, how i love this place. We have tried Peets, Starbucks, etc... none better. It is extremely rare that there is even a minor goof up, and they will bend over backwards to fix it if there is. Yes, sometimes they take longer, but it is because they really , really care. When we have a choice, we NEVER go anywhere else.
