The first time I tried the new Papadias item was from the Papa John's location in Centreville. It was sooo good that I couldn't wait to try it again. The bread was soft and crispy around the edges. The chicken and onions were perfect. The sauce was the perfect amount. Juicy, flavorful, and mouthwatering. Overall, 10/10. Now.. I ordered the Papadias from this Ashburn location online and it was nothing like the Centreville location. The bread was hard and stale. the chicken was sparse (compared to what I first had at the Centreville location) and there was virtually no sauce. Very dry and disappointing. I might try ordering again later on to see if maybe it was a one time thing. I might just stick to ordering from the Centerville location when I'm in that area.

Last week I ordered the exact same gluten-free pizza, and it was delicious. It also came with the garlic dip. Unfortunately, today’s order was very disappointing. The pizza arrived burnt, and the garlic dip was missing. I was really looking forward to the same quality as my previous order, so I was very disappointed with today’s experience

Perfect topping to pizza ratio and cook perfectly too -- thank you! My only recommendation is it would be great if the menu gave an option to switch the garlic sauce to a different dipping sauce because I don't like wasting it (I prefer the Cheese Sauce).

Disgusting and undercooked. Way too much cheese that would fall off the pizza. I ordered well done New York style and got a 10 pound box of cheese and dough. My dog didn't even want it
