I don't think it was Papa John's fault, but whoever delivered my pizza had to have held the box on the side... when I got it, it was all smashed completely to one side. The few pieces i was able to recover were great though. lol.

My pizza wasn't cooked all the way. The dough was soggy and all of my toppings slipped off the second I grabbed a slice.

I ordered like three different kinds of cheeses on this pineapple pizza. on top of the fact that there's hardly any pineapple on it.. I did not get marinara with my bread sticks. wasn't aware I had to order it separately.. my wife pizza turned out okay. so... at least it worked out for her.

this is very beneath what I would expect from Papa John's. if I wanted this disappointment I would have gone to Domino's and it would have been cheaper.
