I've heard pretty good things about Papis Tacos, so I we decided to give them a try & they did not disappoint. The pastor Mexican Street Taco were so fresh and flavorful. The Chicken Quesatacos was so tinder. The portion size vs. the price is perfect. There is a few more things I'd like to try on the menu so I'd definitely order again.

always aproblem with ordering either for delivery or pickup. for delivery they have canceled 4 hour's after. when we do pick up it's always way past time.
Birria Ramen very small and absolutely no flavor for that price. 4 Quesabirrias 2 of them didn't really have cheese

I ordered the 4 Quesabirria (there is one missing from the picture because I ate it lol). They were still fresh and hot when I received them and the flavor was good. The portion of the tacos was good and had plenty of meat. I also orderd the Guacamole 2 OZ cup which was definitely a favorite for me. I see why this food truck gets booked at events in KCK and I would order again.

Portion of chips and salsa were smaller than anticipated, and felt like crumbs more than chips. Tacos were somewhat soggy, which could just be the fact that they are better picked up and not delivered. Meat was kind of dry, but consume helped. Not sure it was worth the price, but I was happy to try it out nonetheless.
