food was good - hard to go wrong with chicken and fries, would order again but much room for improvement here...
The portion size was lacking, especially for the large fries considering how much they cost.
I double-dashed so that may have contributed but the fries were quite cold on arrival.
Additionally, they did not provide the extra sauce i ordered with the fries (which cost like $1-$2 extra) which was annoying, nor did i get a straw for my drink, also the fries were all in the bag, not the cup. Maybe investing in a larger cuptray or a lid for the fry containers could fix this.

I ordered a burger and chicken tender with extra sauce from Papaflock , and the experience was extremely disappointing. The burger was smaller than the palm of my hand, but the biggest shock was the chicken tender order. For $7.50, I received only one tiny chicken tender and a very small container of sauce. At first, I genuinely thought there had been a mistake with my order because the portion size was so small that it felt misleading and poor value for money. While the food itself was acceptable, the serving sizes were nowhere near what would reasonably be expected for the price.
