• 26-07-04We LOVE Pappaito's!!! Always fresh; always consistent!!! And the servers, host & hostesses and other workers and management have nailed customer service and are extremely polite and accommodating with special requests (eg, leaving the chicken off or packing it separate when ordering the "chicken fajita nachos" but want them to be vegetarian. (Frankly, I wish there was a feature on DoorDash that would let customers modify their orders of nachos to say "no chicken" (there is a screen where customers can modify the nachos, but leaving the chicken off. Please make that change!! You would get a lot more business from us at least if we could order the chicken fajita nachos "without the chicken" without having to call and ask a manager to please notify the kitchen of the request). In the meantime, the Vegetarian Enchiladas are AWESOME!!!!!! And the portion size is perfect if you're super hungry, and enough to share otherwise if you want any of your friends or family that join you when going to Pappasitos, so they'll taste how great they are and order their own!!! There's only 1 problem when ordering and receiving the Vegetarian Enchiladas, but it's a GOOD problem to have. You have to decide which to eat first!!!
The choices, all of which are included in the "Vegetarian The container of vegetarian nachos that come with the Veggie Enchiladas, the Enchiladas themselves, or the refried black beans!!! It's a good problem to vave, though.

• 26-02-17Fantastic meal as always! We love the Fajita Wednesday special. The Mixed Fajita Pack 1 (Serves 2-3) is the best . The Beef & chicken fajitas are always cooked perfectly, the fixings with it are all delicious & included with the meal. The chips & Queso are always great too .Pico de Gallo Mexican Butter Guacamole

• 26-04-12Chipotle Chicken Fajita Tacos were great 👍Great flavor, Good size portion and full of all the Fajita trimmings you would want wrapped up in a taco along with charro beans and rice. I loved how the food was well secured in the bag. Will definitely order again!

• 26-02-22Consistently FABULOUS!!! Always FRIENDLY!!! And always HELPFUL!!! Tonight, we had the Sopapillas for dessert, and they are great! Very light and airy! We get the honey on the side, so we can dip or not ... :). Also, they taste great the next day when the honey is on the side instead of served drizzled on top. We're also hooked on the Veggie Enchiladas!!! If you order those for delivery, we recommend you order them for "Express" delivery instead of "Standard". That's because the "sauce" is their normal red salsa, which has a higher water content from the tomatoes than their other cooked tomato sauces. So, the enchiladas become soggy faster. It would be helpful if there was an option for delivery with the salsa "on the side." The veggie enchiladas also are served with their delicious REFRIED BLACK BEANS!!! Yumm!!! Sign a petition, please, to have those added to their online ordering menu!!! (That's a joke, ... maybe ...). (Their refried black beans really are incredible, and I wish they were on the restaurants and DD menus!!!).
Lastly, the Veggie Enchiladas come with a separate container of nachos.
What is on those nachos seems to be different each time. It usually includes chili con queso, lettuce and tomato. Sometimes, it includes refried black beans and/or sour cream. Sometimes it includes guacamole, red salsa and/or shredded cheddar cheese.
The portion size is very generous and misleading. It looks small, (in a container that is about 4 inches by 7 inches), but once you start eating them, you realize it seems to be a "bottomless" container, because for each nacho you enjoy, more appear with even more toppings - not fewer!!! (Ok, that's partly a joke. But only partly. The nachos in the lower half have copious amounts of cheese on them - whether CCQ and/or melted cheddar -- and we find the best "nacho bites" are when we build a bite from a crispy chip from the top, complete with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, etc, and a chip from the bottom soaked in CCQ and/or cheddar ... Mmmm!!! Great!!!!).

• 26-03-28The quality of food has gone down significantly and the portions when delivered are skimpy. Four tortillas come with the Fundido but it's only enough cheese to fill about two. You get no salsa or hot sauce to go on it. I used to love their Fundido but now the texture is way off and watered down or something. I've ordered it several times recently and it's disappointing for the price.
