• 23-07-29Didn't taste authentically Persian. I haven't had this experience with Pardis in person or on previous orders. The Chicken Koobideh Kebob was spicy for some reason and the Beef Koobideh Kebob tasted more like hamburger and less like kabob. Even the Kash-K-Bademjan wasn't the same, but better than the other two. Also, any authentic place or one that cares about informing their staff would put more than one packet of sumac in the bag when any kind of koobideh is involved. The restaurant seemed to rely too much on their non-Persian staff for this order, and it showed.

• 25-09-21Chicken kabob did not taste nor looked like one. Very cheap quality if any for price of $34 order. Never ever ordering from here again. Kabob on the cliff at Godwin Avenue much better option.
