DELICIOUS!! I got the chicken cheesesteak with regular fries and the brownie bites and I legit have no complaints. The french fries were FRESH and perfectly seasoned. The chicken cheesesteak is by far my new favorite! The brownie bites can either be eaten cold (how mine came) or they can be warmed up. The caramel dipping sauce just puts them over the top!!!! I most definitely suggest trying this place! 10/10

I accept that I am hard to impress, but I am not hard to satisfy. This meal was not satisfactory. Cheese steak sandwiches consist of bread, steak, cheese and toppings (onions, peppers, etc.) including condiments.
Bread - spongy and chewy. It may appeal to someone, but I just didn't care for it. Not terrible, but only OK.
Steak - somewhat frugal portion and flavorless. Not bad. Just not particularly good.
Cheese - a rubbery slice of provolone that had no flavor, reminiscent of a generic grocery brand of pre-sliced cheese out of a package.
Toppings - all ok, but frugal. Not much there. I did add mushrooms and they were terrible. They seemed old and mushy and bitter. The few onions I found were decent.
Sauce - The slathering of cheese sauce and the bland chipotle sauce I added couldn't fix this sandwich.
Messy, presented terribly and globbed with flavorless goo, it was not a good sandwich. The store's name is appropriate. They need to be pardoned because my meal was criminally bad overall.
I'd note this is my second order from this ... place... thing... ghost kitchen?... anyway, the first was bland and just ok, but I was dumb enough to give them a second chance. At $20 for the sandwich and fries, you can do better nearly anywhere else. They managed to mess up every component of a cheese steak sandwich. That's talent.

The "Big One" is like 6" long, if that... probably 5"... definitely not worth the money. Add some fries at least... any way, this is definitely a one time deal anyway. Finished it after 4 bites... taste is ok, I guess. The coke was kind of flat... hope this helps. Do better people!

I ordered Loaded Cheesesteak Fries and was very disappointed. it was 13 dollars for essentially a side of "loaded Loaded Cheesesteak Fries" which was litteraly just fries, cheese, and bacon bits. it was good, but not enough to warrant the price

I made the awful mistake of not reading reviews before ordering. Small amount of meat over soggy, greasy fries. Believe the hype - it sucks!
