I was hesitant at first but honestly, really enjoyed it! The steak was nice and tender, a bit firm on some parts but overall perfect. Felt like I got a nice meat to sauce and bread ratio going on. The fries were okay buuuut I would advise chopping the steak up a bit more and probably melting the cheese over the fries more. Not sure if there was also supposed to be sauce on the fries but if not, I would add some just as a personal preference. That aside, presentation and the actual taste did not leave me disappointed. Excellent job! Will try out the Buffalo one and the original next time!

Steak was dry and overdone.
Sandwich looked put together by an 8 year old.
Cheese all on one side, bread not heated evenly, and all the meat is on one side of the sandwich.
Sauce that I ordered was completely left out so they can save containers and sauce.
Also, the sandwich is WAY smaller than advertised in photos.
Not a good place to eat

Very light on the toppings- bread wasn't toasted as you might expect- pale in color, bland and plain- was also not the sandwich's I ordered- I ordered two chipotle cheesesteaks- there was only meat and cheese- no onions- zero chipotle. Not a good experience. Won't reorder from here

Sandwich full of gristle, overpriced. French fries: 7.99 and very small helping. I will not order again. "Restaurant" was IHOP. $ cost was over $22 on food was not good.

For the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries we got like ten fries wirhnothing on them . That and a cold Chipotle Cheesesteak for forty dollars. Miserable place.
