I ordered at maybe 2:30 AM just looking for a basic bite and got my mind blown not your cheap mall cheesesteak but a quality steak and some creamy cheese n a fresh bread all wrapped up and still steaming when I opened it the smell made the whole room taste from the aroma sorry I didn't take a picture it was gone to soon

Just as previous reviewer said, it smelled so good when I got it I immediately dug in and forgot the photo lol. I have never had food this fresh and HOT at 3am. The cheesesteak was amazing! But the unexpected star were the donut bites, the caramel sauce was delicious and I don't usually like caramel. There was plenty of food and worth every penny, my husband was already talking about his next order before we even finished eating lol

All the food was overcooked like so cooked the steak was dry and brown, the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries were soggy as all get out maybe a vented container is needed? they forgot the fries with the combo. I get it was ordered at 10pm but...It is, what it is. Maybe it was an off night for them but our experience wasn't great.

The fries were a very small portion and weren't fresh, while the cheesesteak was dried out and tasteless.

Cheesesteak was great, but definitely did not include the cheddar cheese sauce as pictured. I have ordered this sandwich in several different cities and this was the first time my cheesesteak arrived with no cheese. It was still good, but not consistent.
