RIGATONI CARBONE was slammin', I have been fortunate enough to eat at Carbone and Chef tonight you nailed it! MEATBALLS were also fantastic perfectly seasoned...love the sausage....And t he CAESAR SALAD... the garlic croutons the perfect balance of rich butteryness and garlic. Love it!

I feel like something about the CAESAR SALAD gets worse every time I order it, but I can't quite figure it out. The lettuce is harsh and requires more dressing, but they provide the tiniest amount for the size of the salad. Even paying for the extra side of dressing, it's not nearly enough.

I've ordered the chicken parm with the sidee salad and it was amazing before but this time I just wanted to try the RIGATONI CARBONE and it's just a hard no for me. It was on the sweetside and the sauce was too thick. It gave craft box mac and cheese. Maybe it wasn't their day today but I'd definitely just go to Ruby's for their pasta and leave the Chicken Parm to them lol
