The house salad had fresh lettuce; however, that's all other than a few sprinkles of cheese. Now, the cheesecake (over priced) was delicious! I will order from this restaurant again. If, ordering the side salad you might want to ask for a mixture of vegetables in order to receive more than just lettuce. One can purchase a head of lettuce for less plus have several side salads for a couple of more meals.

I'll admit it. I tried to cancel my order from Pasta Americana but I had waited too long. I'd never heard of the restaurant before I found them on DoorDash. I'm very picky when it comes to salmon. The packaging of my dish was so elegant. I opened the recyclable air tight container and that was it. I'm now a firm believer in love at first bite. I took a swipe of mashed potato, punctured a juicy mushroom, and flaked a piece of the moist, perfectly pink salmon upon my fork. I can only describe the taste as a melodic harmony that enlightened more than one sense. The flavors imploded before they exploded leaving a flavor broth to savor before the big swallow. I can see myself committed to you, Pasta Americana!

I loved the breadsticks warm and fresh. Although the chicken Alfredo was good, as others have said it could use a little more sauce. Fortunately I had some sauce here at home and it made it much better, but they may need to address this issue.

There is hardly any Chicken on the Carbonara Chicken. And the chicken that is up there is dried out. there are no onions at all up there. not happy at all with what I paid.

The Parmesan Shrimp Pasta was very interesting, the pasta was good but the shrimp was very overly seasoned. The breadsticks were filled with salt all over. The only reason it gets a 2 star is because the Mozzarella Sticks.
