I came to Paulo’s after many years of not trying it because I was very disappointed. This time I was completely amazed even for to go food. The salads refresh, the bruschetta was delicious although it could use fresh crostini with every order. We ended up getting the chicken Parmesan and salmon piccata both were wonderful. The chicken was crispy, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. We loved the zoodles on the chicken piccata. I got the Philo brownie and my girlfriend got the lemon cake. The brownie came cold, but with perfect instructions on how to reheat it. Good God, that thing is sinful. The lemon cake was also very fresh and light after such an indulgent treat. Would 100% go back again.

So the Bruschetta was good although small for the price. The HALF Garlic Bread strange in appearance and lack of taste. The Lunch Chicken Parmesan was tough and hardly any sauce at all - not worth the price. Will not order again.

I felt the food was overpriced, confusing on the bow tie pasta because it was supposed to be to come with chicken but thought I needed to add chicken so ended up with way too much chicken and the chicken tasted weird! It was more like a stewed chicken texture, not a cut up chicken breast like it should be. The quality of chicken was not good!

Food was really pretty good. Felt like portion on Chicken Parmesan was slightly small, not enough pasta and more chicken would have been welcomed. Mocha Tiramisu was awesome! Very satisfying and was definitely homemade. Crab Rangoon Dip is great but not very much dip! Less chips slightly more dip. Would be happy to pay the extra dollar or two to get more dip or be offered a family size. Overall excellent! Nice option for the area of western Shawnee.

Chicken 2 Ways was SO GOOD! Juicy and delicious. The carrots and potatoes were perfectly cooked. I can't say enough good things about it. As always the lasagna was excellent. The best in town.
