I love Pearl House. I had been addicted to a couple entrées since I moved a few years ago. Recently I discovered an item I've been loyal to. It's E14. Garlic Sauce. There's a bit of a spicy bite in the fresh veggies that keep me coming back for yet another bite. It's really good and certainly filling. I always have enough for late night eating.

This was horrible food. The noodles were mushy and mashed together and the meat was grey and smelled off. The hot & sour soup was almost edible but there was only two bean sprouts at best. I only could eat about a third of the soup and tossed everything else.

I ordered the B6. Seaweed Salad for starters and Chicken E14. Garlic Sauce for my entrée. Normally, I have no issue with Pearl House but this order and my previous order both had major flaws. My chicken turned out to be beef and my white rice from the previous order was fried rice. Neither of these issues were problematic enough for me to call the restaurant but if this happens again, I certainly will.
For those who've never tried the B6. Seaweed Salad before you say "ew" and turn up your nose, you should give it a try. Granted, I've been eating seaweed in one form or another for at least 60 years. It should be obvious, I like the stuff!
The E14. Garlic Sauce was tasty as always. There are plenty of fresh veggies to accompany the meat and the sauce is VERY tasty. It has a bit of a bite to it but I feel anyone used to the food in this area will not have a problem with the heat level. I'm sure most people would say it is fairly mild.

Our soups were hearty and delicious starters! "Good soup." They were the A11. Miso Soup and A9. Wonton Soup. Our entrés were E5. General Tso's Chicken and the E3. Honey Sesame. The broccoli and rice were cooked fresh and consistent throughout - and the chicken was wonderful even with a long-distance delivery!

Coconut chicken with white rice was so good. Save some cocount sauce and just mux it up in the rice for sweet treat for dessert.
The house soup was the bestt I have ever had anywhere.
The Chinese donuts were perfect and had the leftovers with coffee the next morning before leaving the hotel.
