Packaging- my coffee was put in bag loose without a cup holder. Lucky for me it didn't spill! Delicious capuccino though!

I've ordered the same decaf Americano with 1 shot espresso for years at this Peet's. Today, for some reason my order arrived looking and tasting like hot milk with water. My order is always the same. Instead of two shots, it's one shot with an extra creamer of oat milk. I think what happened here is that a boatload of milk was dumped in and watered down to nothing. I didn't care for the attitude of the girl on the phone either.

The Traditional Cappuccino is filled up with frothed milk at least 3/4 of the way in the cup. This is barely more than a shot of espresso. Very bitter coffee and not enough milk.
