I spoke to the manager, Jack about my lattes. He was awesome and promised to fix them and he did! My lattes made with HEAVY CREAM are perfect!! I love them!

Peets app wasn't working so I had to use Door Dash and the Hazelnut Mocha isn't listed on door dash like it is on the Peets app so I had to order a mocha and add hazelnut. Ordered this drink for my mom for her birthday and she said she couldn't taste the hazelnut and it tastes like a hot chocolate. So a bit disappointmented that the barista's at this location aren't reading the add on's and I'm paying extra for a syrup that wasnt added.

Please don't staple the bag closed! Please use tape like other stores do. Tape is so much easier to open than trying to remove staples!!!

The cafe Cortado is strong, but creamy and delish... perfect shot. The Caffe Con Panna, needed more Panna...... super strong but not enough whip to balance it. and the Cafe Mocha is always great......... have a great day everyone..........

the peach drink had coffee in it and was not drinkable. I have it had it before without coffee and it was delicious.
