The Drunken Noodles are delicious and one of my favorite dishes! Today, I was disappointed that there wasn't much chicken.

I was disappointed in this last order. It was definitely not the quality I am used to from Pei Wei. The beef was over cooked and dry, some pieces were crunchy. Very little broccoli. There was almost no sauce. Normally I like to have the steamed rice soak up the extra sauce - but with very little sauce, that couldn't happen. The taste wasn't what it normally is either. Don't know if they have a new chef, have changed recipes, or was simply having a bad day. Plus the fortune cookie was very stale - not only did it taste stale, there was no crunch to the cookie. The beef crunched but the cookie didn't.
I've had much better from Pei Wei so I will try them again in the future.

Egg rolls were the best, fresh, stuffed well, hot, will definitely order again. The fried rice was a significant portion and fresh! Thanks, Pei Wei

One item was completey missing. The Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps had two pieces of lettuce. the top lettuce had actual MUD on it. It was not washed. The Chicken Lo Meinc had no chicken and had no taste. Just terrible food.

The food was clearly not fresh--the meat was soggy and cold, and the rice had clearly been reheated and was old. Everything was sitting in a pool of sauce. The only edible parts of the meal were the pieces of broccoli, which weren't fully cooked but at least not otherwise compromised. The yum yum shrimp was fine but not worth $5.
