This was t worst experience ever. Wh happ to your establishment. My New! Hot & Sour Soup had literally 4 ounces of soup and was old tasting. The kids meal had two pieces of meat. It cost me $20 and was worth less than $2 even if it had been good. So sad to me. I was a huge fan and just moved back to an area that has your store. I am very disappointed

maybe because it was Friday night. but this was the worst order we've ever had. Rice was dry and clumpy, food was not flavorful and portions was usually small. I realize food costs are higher but for the premium paid, this is ridiculous.

Terrible flavor. Extra noodles is just plain spaghetti. No sauce or anything. Chicken was burnt and small little popcorn sized pieces that had zero meat and only breading. Eggrolls were salty and oily. Crab Rangoon was dry and greasy at the same time. Even pouring packets of sauce over all of it didn't help the taste.

This food was not good. All items were incredibly bland, tasteless, and dry. The fried rice tasted like white rice with a drizzle of soy sauce, not good. The noodles were a combination of mushy noodles or crunchy and dry. Very disappointed, will not order from here again. My Door Dasher was fantastic!
