The Cheesesteak is always great!! Toasted crispy outside with tender and delicious steak on the inside. The Fresh-Cut Fries were plentiful, and fresh too.
Had to let my Chocolate Chunk Cookie sit after my order arrived. The hot food makes them too gooey to eat when they first arrive.

My Dec 6 order with Penn Station was TOTALLY messed up. I called them and was told I would have to bring the 2 sandwiches to their store for them to see what I got, then they might redo the order correctly! I wasn't able to go to their store! That's why I ordered Door Dash. I ordered 2 regular sandwiches which were each $13.77. I got one regular and 1 either snack size or small size. The grilled one I ordered had various meats plus various toppings. The cold one I ordered had turkey breast and various toppings. What I got was each had various meats plus various toppings . The toppings I ordered weren't the same on each one but what I got didn't have correct toppings I ordered. I ended up paying more $$$$ than what I got!!!! I know it wasn't fault of the driver but fault at the store. Any help would be appreciated

I love Penn Station, and this is the 1st time I have ever had this happen. I ordered onions as usual and they came on my sandwich raw. Completely raw. The fries were EXTREMELY under cooked. (I had to put them into the air fryer for 7 mins until cooked). It's disappointing that I spent $35 for lunch and it was raw and under cooked.

Cheesesteak was ok. Flavor wasn't as good as I've had in the past. Portion size of toppings seemed to be much less than usual. Previous orders have been great. This one was just ok.

The regular size is really a small. Cheesesteak was cold and moist in the middle -the cold part was the only spot that was "juicy"/watery- in a way that suggested the whole sandwich had been previously frozen, then microwaved.
