It breaks my heart that Pepperjax took loaded fries off the online ordering menus, but i called and asked them to switch the chips to fries and they did it so willingly and politely!!!! 10/10 as well. Tastes amazing. Thank you!!!!

I ordered a steak Philly with extra cheese. It came dry as a bone. No cheese and the beef was burned on half of the sandwich. When I called Pepperjax and told the manager he said I could have a new sandwich if I drove to get one. I cant believe DD does not have a way to fix a problem like this.

The STEAK PHILLY was really good! But we got door dash with kids meals and they did not give us our kids sodas. Might want to watch for that if you DoorDash.. also the kids meals were tiny so unless for a toddler I wouldn't suggest. Did not fill up my 5 year old. He got 2 chicken strips and a cup of apple sauce. The kids corn dogs were 3 mini corn dogs and like 10 fries. Not super impressed for the prices but like I said the steak Philly was delious!

The bowls from this pepperjax are almost always less than half of what you get from other pepperjax. Unfortunately doordash will not let you choose the store when ordering

Food quality has gone way down hill. And the fries are super skimpy anymore.. last 3 times weve ordered our fry containers were not even half full and the meat was super over cooked and rubbery.
