I’ve ordered the chicken strip melt for 2 decades from Perkins and I know it comes with thick Texas toast. My sandwich came with one piece of texas toast and 3 of the smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever seen that did not even cover 3/4s of the sandwich. The fries were old, hollow and cold and there was maybe 10 total.

Bland meat, asparagus was overcooked and I had to wait over 20 mins past my pick up time on top of the wait time for someone to come to the desk. I normally don't have issues with them but this experience I do.

I was at the store right at pickup time but food was not very fresh. Cheese in grilled cheese was congealed and cold. We were supposed to get a cookie with the kids meal but it wasn't included. The hasbrowns in the Tremendous 12 were barely half a serving. Bacon was covered in congealed grease. Ordered cream with the coffee but it was plain black coffee and cream wasn't included in coffee or bag.

Side of Hash Browns looked like a child's portion and lacked any seasoning. For $5 I expected more especially since a bag of potatoes costs the same.

Fried chicken biscuit sandwich was rock hard and very small proportionally. This was such a disappointing meal and I won't be going back or ordering from here again.
