The CAPRESE SALAD was light, fresh, and yummy... the perfect starter for THE “OG” sandwich. I had to stop myself before eating the entire salad to take a super close-up. It was so satisfying that I only ate half the sandwich (which I'll finish off later). Philly Phlava is one of my favorites. My only complaint is the increase in prices, but compared to similar places, is totally worth it.

Unfortunately, there are no longer located close to me however, I still pay a premium every so often because this is the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. The bread is amazing. The steak is high-quality. The flavor is top-notch highly highly recommend their regular Philly cheesesteak. I believe they called it the OG.

This is by far the best cheese steak in the area. Fresh rolls, cooper sharp cheese,real sweet peppers, and great sides.
Easy spot to get in and out for pickup and delivery is quick.
If you want a real cheese steak go check them out.

This is by far the best cheesesteak in the Trinity / Odessa area. We have ordered from them for a few months now and everything has been great. Love the cooper sharp and sweet peppers on a cheesesteak. The loaded fries and other sandwiches have all been great too. Super friendly owner and staff when you go to pick up and they have a nice little spot to eat there too if you want. Highly recommend you give them a try.
