Beef and Pork rice paper rolls were pretty disappointing. Meat tasted very odd and was also slightly warm which was unusual and made it unpleasant to eat. Usually a cold item. Sauce was very fishy. Probably safer to go with Hoisin or at least give an option other than just a fishy Nuoc Cham. Couldn't eat more than a few bites of the rolls. What a waste.
