chicken pho noodle soup is 10/10 on taste and 10/10 on presentation! Other places send you a tiny bowl with the noodles hopelessly stuck together. This place sends a nice big bowl, and the food is FRESH.

I have ordered from Pho Cafe several times now. They always do a great job. Best spring rolls in Chicago imo. They come fresh, warm, and the sauce is to die for! Pho is flavorful, piping hot, and good portioned. Always comes with a bag full of bean sprouts, lime wedges, mint leaves, hoisin sauce, and siracha.

This place is amazing!! First off, the food was delicious and so fresh. We got the raw beef pho and crab rangood, yum! Secondly, the owner is so sweet. I placed a pick up order, but got stuck in traffic on my way over and wouldn't make it until after they closed. I called in and the owner kindly waited after for me after closing to pick up my food. I had just left the airport and was needing this pho. So, the owner alone has me coming back for more!

I ordered the 14. House Special Pho, Avocado Smoothies , and side of extra packet of Hoisin sauce.
The Pho Soup Broth and Side of Vegetables are packaged separately. It's helpful so your noodles don't soak up all the broth before it gets to you. The broth gets delivered extra hot most of the time. However, Today (01/02/2024) I had to reheat it. I personally like my Pho to be extra hot to cook the included rare beef more. The packets of sriracha and Hoisin sauce boosts the Pho flavors.
The Avocado Smoothies are delicious. It was not too sweet and tasted creamy as expected.
