Pho Gabo is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. They consistently use fresh ingredients and generous protein portions. I love that they offer modifications to several of their dishes. My favorite is the chicken leg quarter soup with egg noodles.
Today I ordered a rice plate that includes a side of soup, but what I received was a vermicelli bowl that doesn't come with soup, which is disappointing.

Paid $22 for a beef and egg rice bowl that doesn't have any rice. The food that did come was 1 egg and 5 small pieces of beef, one of which had somehow turned into a mushy paste and was wholly inedible. Barely any food for the price paid, wasn't filling whatsoever.

Sorry I had this place a few times and everytime I really want to give it a chance. Noodles hard, meat dry, and $20 for a large bowl of pho which looks small it's pretty steep.
