Good food and good value. I recently ordered V38- Grilled prawns (vermicelli noodle salad) which was prepared well. Balanced flavor texture and portions. I'm a frequent diner so I'm please with their food and service.
Unfortunately, there is no way to include a note for anything on their Door Dash site, but if you call them they can accommodate your requests. I had to call them to hold the chopped peanuts, On the Door Dash page it says the vendor "opted out for this feature", but it should be a mandatory feature for all restaurants and ordering apps like Door Dash.

the RG #53 - Ginseng Hen is delicious and is my go to. Especially if I'm feeling sick. The RG #01 - Steak is also very good and is my husband's number 1 pick. We've tried some of their other Phos they are all good. These two are just our favorites ❤️

So good! They listened to my extra notes. Grateful for that! And they Separated the noodles from the broth so when I got it all I had to do was put the 2 together, which was fantastic because that meant the noodles didn't get mushy and the meat overcooked. So good! I'm very pleased with this restaurant's attention to detail especially when you're paying so much.

RG #02 - Steak & Brisket was gooood.
I tried two different pho hoas to see the difference. One on homestead, and one on de Anza.
this one on homestead is a little more expensive, but they give you more.

Ive been going hre since it opened but today's bowl was disappointing. The amount-of chicken was Less than half of normal. The price definitly wasnt less. Disappointed. Still delicious but at least let us know ofyoure going to change what you're offering
