This was my first time trying the C3. Lemongrass Beef and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are large and worth the price. The Kimchi was tasty and crunchy. The large A9. Steamed Pork Bun(1pc) was also tasty. So far I have not been disappointed by this restaurant, and I highly recommend it.

The Bun Bo Hue has no lemongrass flavor whatsoever. You should rename this dish spicy beef pho!The pork hock was so little literally 2 bites and I was done..tossed the blood clots becauseI don't eat blood. The bahn mi were fine. Not the best but not bad. Wouldn't return. I've found myfavorite spots for Bun Bo Hue & Bahn Mi but thought I'd ttry somewhere new since its closer to us. Ill still drive 50 min to my favorite places because its worth it.

The broth was so flavorful. The meal came well organized. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and flavor alone, ill be back. The presentation and portion size just tied this wonderful experience together. 10/10

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WELCOMING, AND THE BEEF P11. Pho Ga (Beef Broth) IS ALWAYS ON POINT!

the P16. Spicy Beef Noodle Soup(Bun Bo Hue) used to be very flavorful. but it has become increasingly watered down and bland. The amount of meat in this has also decreased. this used to be my favorite pho restaurant. my recent order also took 2+ hours to reach me due to the food not being ready when the dasher arrived.
