Welcome to the home of Picc’s Ice Cream! Located at the border of Old Forge and Moosic, PA. Just outside of Scranton, it’s a short trip to find the best ice cream in your neighborhood. We guarantee yo…
The ice cream sandwiches are perfect! Love the soft ice cream and chocolate wafer wasn't soggy!
The sundae was out of this world! The soft ice cream twist was the best , the marshmallow was great! Whipped cream , next!
We ordered before but the sundae is first on MY list! Thank you! ••

My flurry was supposed to be Oreo, pb and cheesecake. There was like three cheesecakes pieces on top, very little of the other toppings and for come reason had cookie dough bites in it. Plus the flurries the top 1/4 is always just vanilla ice cream with no toppings in it. As for the value you spend a dollar on each topping and they definitely don't give their worth.

Best ice cream around , been looking for a new ice cream shop ever since Mondale Diary Closed and this is absolutely the next best thing . The husband and I love their Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. It's so delicious and it's so very close to Mondale's. We would absolutely recommend Picc's for your ice cream fix.

I enjoy the smooth texture. This is my favorite ice cream shop! The portion is definitely enough at such a great price. I definitely recommend this ice cream shop.
