Drinks are almost always made correctly, but the drink lids don't fit properly and the soda runs down the outside of the cup. I went to take a drink and as I picked up the cup, the lid popped off and my full soda spilled all over me and my things!

This is the second time I did not get the extra butter I payed for. And the price for the Large Popcorn is way to high for the amount you get!

I can't seem to find the "custom drink" option in the app anymore, which sucks. We do a lot of drinks that aren't the premium types, so it's very disappointing. I'm hoping it's just an app error, but if this was a deliberate choice, it is a bad one.
