After all the Disneyland food, I had a major craving for a banh mi. Had this Door Dashed to my hotel. The roast pork banh mi was PERFCTION! The bread was so good and roast pork was flavorful. The grilled pork banh mi was tasty as well. The pork salad roll was awesome but be careful with the rice paper. It was a bit too gummy.

Everything was delicious. The Goi Cuon Thit Nuong/ Grilled Pork Spring Roll had such delicious flavor and the pork on the 12. Heo Quay/Pork Belly bahn mi itself was so crispy it almost reminded me of chicharron

I ordered the classic Banh Mi, Filet Saltado rice, and chicken curry. The food was really tasty. The Banh Mi bread was crispy and warm upon arrival. I particularly enjoyed the Filet Saltado rice; it reminded me of a Peruvian dish I've had, but with an Asian twist. It was excellent!
