The pizzas here are great. My piola was a little undercooked. So it was difficult to eat, since the slices are huge and it wasn't crispy. However, the taste was awesome.
Their pastas are good, especially the pesto, but over priced for what you get. I would give 4.5 if I could tbh.

Wow, 10/10 pasta! I had the Ravi Mamma Rosaoli and it came served with fresh, perfectly baked bread. Yum!!

Some of the best pizza I've had in Houston. Just really, really good. The $18 Piola's Meatballs were somewhat underwhelming. For $3/meatball they should be bigger than a ping pong ball. They might have been smaller than that. They tasted good. The Pappardelle Bolognese was not anything special-I've had better bolognese in Houston. The Chicken Parmigiana was great-pounded thin breaded perfectly and generously gooey with cheese. I like that you can choose something other than spaghetti because I wanted to try their gnocchi without ordering a whole other dish. Gnocchi was a standout winner-light and silky, not thick and dense like they can often be. In generali found the marinara sauce to be underseasoned for my taste and maybe for many people's taste. Pizza and gnocchis will keep me ordering here often.

Canareggio was delicious. 10/10 The flavors are light and nuanced.

Even tho my food took a hour, it still came hot and fresh. (I did order on a Saturday during peak hours) My driver even made a comment on how delicious the Garlic Knots smell.
The Pasta. Delicious. Not one complaint. The Garlic Knots pair so well with the sauce; feels like they're meant to be together. The side bread and red sauce (chefs kiss) so fresh and satisfying. The stuff inside the Ravioli Mamma Rosa were so good. I'm eating and writing this bc I feel the need to spread the word. lol
