Borscht is fantastic and savory, some of the best I've had. Potato cabbage piroshki is flavor and delicious. Always get tiramisu cake and strudel and also recommend oreshki cookies and napoleons. All around, great, inspired bakery and cafe. Every morsel is authentic. Ive never met owner but I hear she's fantastic.

Soup spilled all over inside the bag again. Best Borsch - Bowl 16oz. in town but they need to send it in a different type of container.Cabbage, Carrots & Onions was great!

This is my favorite "treat myself" breakfast for a stressful work week! Their Baklava is ABSOLUTELY DIVINE! Highly recommend- I also bring any friends and family visiting from out of town and treat them here as well!

Piroshki on Madison is a must try breakfast staple of the first hill community. 10x better then the over hyped local chain piroshki piroshki.

The borsch, and Bavarian sausage, and spinach mushroom and cheese were all delicious!!!
I was disappointed in the poppy seed roll as I had ordered an eclair, and I guess the poppy seed roll was substituted. I still paid five dollars and did not enjoy the taste. I felt like the poppy seeds had an almost rancid flavor. I wish there would have been no substitutes when the eclairs were sold out.
