The Oven-Baked Italian Meats Pasta was overly sweet. The Meat Lover's® Pizza was dry had very little sauce. The breadsticks were good and the chocolate chip cookie was bland. Pizza Hut is not the quality it used to be.

Despite what people have said on Reddit, the Cinnabon® Mini Rolls were awesome, Full Melt & Side came out better than expected, and Breadsticks were the perfect mix of crunchy and soft

The pizza was burnt. The toppings were burnt black. The crust was hard and dark brown. I was very disappointed. I have never had any problems out of Pizza Hut until last night. The employee shouldn't have put a burnt pizza in a box for a customer. They should have remade the pizza even if it mean closing the store late. I ordered through Door dash, so I will have to reach out to Door dash for my refund. I just spoke with the manager and it's almost as if she was trying to defend the employees. That's fine because they have truly lost my business.

A certain pizza wasn't on the Door dash menu so I called the store and asked if I could order one thing and get another that I really wanted. They made it happen. The crew in Lake City, FL are amazing! Top notch on customer service!
