The pizza was a little doughy in the middle, the cinnamon sticks were a little over baked. Other than those issues, pizza was ok.

Food was extremely delicious, but this is the second time I haven't received my breadsticks with my pasta. The breadsticks are the best part of the pasta.

This was my first time using Door Dash to order from Pizza Hut. I hadn't eaten at Pizza Hut in a couple of years due to a bad experience. However, we thought it was time to give them another try. We were all home sick and decided to use DD to have it delivered. It was NOT a good meal. The Cinnabon Mini Rolls were rubbery like they had been microwaved too long or something. The Supreme Pizza was good. You could tell it was fresh and cooked perfectly. The Cheese Sticks, on the other hand, were HORRIBLE!!! What happened to this menu item???? They used to be perfectly baked, moist and cheesy... What we received were two orders of OVERCOOKED, barely laced with cheese and seasoning bread LOGS, instead of tasty, cheesy bread sticks!!! VERY disappointing. Why didn't they pull them out of the oven before they overcooked? And then, SEEING that they were overcooked, why did they send them to a customer???? I wanted to request a refund but there was no way to do it through the Pizza Hut system. It stated I had to use DD to leave feedback. The DD driver was great. He was timely and left the order where I specified. The rest of the experience....not great! Two stars because we were able to eat the pizza!
