Ordered the "Create Your Own Pizza" because of a food allergy, and Pizza Hut went above and beyond. They offer an option to order no cheese and didn't even call a million times to ask if I had made a mistake. The crust was perfectly made with the ceynchwe all love so well, the pie itself maintained its structure and the toppings and sauce were perfectly done... nothing burnt all cooked well even without the cheese (most places tell you they cant cook the pizza or the toppings without the cheese). To "top" it all off, they left a note on the box that they had even used a separate cutter which was not a special request, just an extra step from someone who cared. Thank you so much Pizza Hut! Still a staple and a go to for families and friends everywhere because of the service, detail, and extra love you show your customers. Thank you for our meal!

New Yorker Crust like cardboard.Sauce tasteless and scrimped on cheese Bacon too chewy and not swallowed. Lastly it was cold $31 including fees and tip DiGiornno at GE is better $8

I ordered two personal pan pizzas. Nothing fancy, just regular Personal Pan Pizza®. They were baked in those foil takeout containers rather than the usual metal pizza pans that give the crust that crispy, chewy texture. The lids must have been put on as soon as they came out of the oven because the condensation inside made the usually crispy crust dense, damp, mushy, and just overall unpleasant to eat. I really hope this was just a temporary thing with the store, otherwise we're not ordering from here again.

Personal pan pizza was not delivered in the box as usual, which I thought was interesting, but when I opened the container I found the Personal Pan Pizza® undercooked. The dough was partially raw - nothing like I had eaten before. I took a bite and it wasnt Pizza Hut quality at all. Havent even looked at the breadsticks yet as I completely lost my appetite. Done for the near future, which is sad given was good till this point.

I expected separate boxes for my Personal Pan Pizza® & Side. I didn't realize the boneless wings would be so small. But it was all tasty.
