Pizza dough was bubbled up all the way around and overcooked. Had about 2-3 inches flat pizza with cheese on each slice. Should never have left the restaurant like that

I ordered the pepperoni lovers Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza. Large size thin crust. And a Mountain Dew. The Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza good and very tasty, good portion size and it seemed fresh. Probably would order again. I wish that whoever makes the pizza would take their time to actually cut it completely through. As you can see by the pictures, there was no effort in ensuring that the pizza was cut properly.. I wish people would take pride in doing their jobs.

I ordered from DoorDash. The pizza was cold, it wasn't sealed up with the sticker to keep dashers from going in my food. The melt was over cooked and very crunchy. Im so disappointed in Pizza Hut .

I ordered a large pan pizza and received a Hand tossed pizza, which I got charged extra for, as well as the toppings for the pan, which are different from hand tossed.. this is the 3rd time it has happened. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping someone on shift will READ what they're making.. but I guess that's too much to ask
