We love Pizza Hut- tonight the food was only ok. The breadsticks had almost nothing on top- and were dry. One of our pizzas was very little cheese too.

The pizza was fine, but the customer service was not great. The first dasher waited for almost an hour and had to leave. The second dasher ended up waiting for a long time and our pizza didn't come for almost 2 hours. I understand being understaffed, but there was no communication with the dashers from the restaurant at all and really poor service in general.

The Dasher left the food on the ground and it got cold! I called the manager and he offered to make new food and have Dasher deliver for free!
