I’m a frequent customer of Pizza Hut and usually order the Dinner Box, which always comes in the standard large box with generous portions. This time, however, my order came in smaller, individual boxes—as if the original packaging wasn’t available. This not only affected the presentation, but also gave a clear impression that the pizzas were smaller than usual.
The food quality was still good, but the change in packaging had a negative impact on the overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expect consistency in both service and presentation. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that the standard packaging returns.

Cookie cake was good but the Full Melt & Side were more burnt on the outside but somehow not fully cooked on the inside. The mini 4 slice personal pizza is the "safest thing" ive ordered from here. Dont recommend the melts. Chicken was cooked inside but drenched and not fried well on the outside.

Way overcooked compared to when I got them on sunday. They were soft and perfect to bite. Yesterday, however, it was like eating a rock.
