I had ordered a pizza with several different toppings on it and I didn't get anything but a cheese pizza. I paid over $10.00 for this pizza and all that they put on it was cheese. I'm very disappointed with Pizza Hut . I only get pizza from Pizza Hut so I'm not sure if I will order pizza from Pizza Hut anymore.

I did not receive the 2 Liter Pepsi I ordered. They sent 2 20oz Pepsi Bottles. That is not equal to a 2 liter and was not enough to share for a family of 5. Pizza was good. A little too much sauce, but otherwise was good.

I recently placed an order that included a cheese bread item, which was unfortunately missing upon delivery. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue and arrange to pick up the missing item, I did not receive the assistance I expected. Instead, the interaction became unproductive, and I felt my concerns were not acknowledged appropriately.
This was particularly disappointing given that the order was intended to accommodate a family of seven, including some picky eaters, and the bundle we selected was well-suited for our needs. For an order totaling nearly $60, it was frustrating to have an item omitted and then encounter difficulty in resolving the matter.
I do appreciate that DoorDash handled the situation professionally on their end. However, I hope steps can be taken to improve order accuracy and customer service experiences in the future.
