Extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted and smelled old, and it was dry to the point that I stopped eating . The packaging was also concerning the box was covered but not properly sealed/taped shut, which made me uncomfortable from a food-safety standpoint. The overall quality was terrible, and I ended up wasting my money because I couldn’t even finish the food. Definitely would not order again.

I dont think it's this store in general but Pizza Hut has really gone down hill I used to love the pan pizza which I paid extra for. The crust is just awful now barely any cheese or pepperoni. I paid $26 for a terrible medium pizza. I would have rather have ate a tostinos pizza for $2

Pizza crust was hard and seemed stale like it was sitting out for a while. Chicken was old, burnt and rock hard! Not the same quality anymore.

Cheese SticksPersonal Pan Pizza® At 11:30 at night most places push out slop, but this pizza and cheesesticks were very good. Def will be ordering from this P.H again.
